The Nice Chamber of Commerce and Industrie has entrusted NUMTECH with the assessment of the impact on air quality and health of the changes planned on port infrastructure.
In August 2014, the Nice CCI launched a call of tenders whose the aim was the carrying out of studies for the management and the improvement of the city/port interface of Nice. NUMTECH was the holder of the lot concerning the carrying out of an atmospheric and sanitary study.
This study was organized around several successive phases: an initial diagnosis of air quality on the area of study, the carrying out of the project modelling for various scenarios whose the initial state allowing the adjustment of the model, and the carrying out of a quantitative assessment of sanitary risks. The study is ongoing in preparation for the final restitution.
